We provide free shipping to international locations for all prepaid orders above USD 200. For orders upto USD 200, we charge a nominal fee of ₹2000 towards shipping & handling charges.

DISPATCH POLICY:
We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our standard dispatch timelines are between 1-4 weeks for orders (this is sometimes because we make a new piece based on your order), however, if the ready size is available, generally orders gets dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of successful order getting placed. For custom made orders - Pret pieces are typically shipped within 2-3 weeks, and for embellished products, it may take up to 4-5 weeks. We will share details about your orders from dispatch to delivery via Email provided by you while placing the orders. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 1-4 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India and 3-7 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may some time cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our Customer Service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to your orders delivered at the earliest. Customs and Import Duties Information on International Shipments:
Your order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards Import, Customs & Taxes may be levied by the Custom authority which will be borne by you. SVA COUTURE PRIVATE LIMITED has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuals. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information.
